My sweet, very VERY energetic little
monster baby girl is 10 months old and walking.
Yes, walking. At 10 months. Not just taking steps here and there, or cruising along furniture. She’s been doing that since right before she turned 8 months.
She is full-on W-A-L-K-I-N-G.
Most babies start becoming bipedal-ly mobile around 12-13 months of age. Just like her months-too-early tooth eruption (her molars just broke through, BTW), she’s determined to
drive me crazy prove her capabilities and intelligence.
It’s recently occurred to me, as my child becomes less dependent on the boob for nourishment…
…Has she ever wondered where MY nourishing boob is?
When you clean your baby’s bellybutton… Then smell its contents.
I’ve discovered a startling trend to my blog posts: Complete astonishment at how quickly time passes.
Somehow, a whole month has gone by since my last post. Babies, man. Just…Babies.
Of course, this translates into my life in that I constantly feel like time is passing and I’m not taking full advantage of it – and I mean that in every way possible.
That’s how long it takes to sit down and write an actual for-realsies post.
Because, like my sweet, sleeping daughter (above), I’m too tired to give a good goddamn. #imwithher?
